In 2005, People Magazine named Academy Award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey the "sexiest man alive." While McConaughey transitioned to more serious roles since starting in The Lincoln Lawyer in 2006, one thing remained constant, his fitness regime. The Interstellar actor maintained a ripped physique throughout his acting career, but unlike most celebrities, his methods were different.

Like all his short videos covering celebrity fitness regimens, Cozens priced together McConaughey's secret from different interviews. Instead of hitting the gym and lifting heavy weights under a trainer, the Texan primary did push-ups. In a clip from an interview, the 53-year-old said he didn't need the gym to work out.

Cozens quoted McConaughey "I drop and give myself 20 push-ups in intervals throughout the day. 8:00 am, bang out 20. Sitting in a boring meeting at 10:30 am, bang about 20. I’ll do that 10 times throughout the day, And then I’ve done 200," the actor said in the video.
